Collins – Gentle Tiger Seeks His Happiness

Collins is a very sweet and calm male cat with a beautiful tiger-striped coat. At first, he’s still a bit shy and cautious, but behind this reserve lies a gentle and friendly personality. Once he’s gained confidence, he opens up and enjoys being close to people in his calm, pleasant way.

With a little patience, you’ll quickly win his heart—especially when treats are involved. This little weakness makes it all the more rewarding to build a bond with him and watch him gradually place his trust in you.

Collins originally came from a cat colony in Peñíscola, where Ina fed him regularly until he could be rescued. Since then, he’s impressively shown just how much potential he has and how much he longs for a home of his own.

He’s an easygoing cat who adapts well to new situations. To be truly happy, however, he needs outdoor access and a quiet environment.

We’re looking for understanding people who will give him some time at first and then grant him the freedom he knows and loves.

Please note that our animals are only placed with a protection contract. All indoor cats are only placed with another cat. Kittens are only placed with another kitten or young cat. You can find all information about the adoption fee, our organization, and the adoption process on our website. The adoption fee does not include transportation costs. All our dogs and cats are spayed or neutered before they leave, provided they are old enough for the procedure.
