Yago—a heart in need of a home—young male dog with great potential seeks a loving home

This kind-hearted male dog was heartlessly abandoned on the street. We can only imagine what he’s had to go through in his young life. When he arrived at the shelter, he was nothing but skin and bones—emaciated to the extreme. He likely struggled to survive on the streets for a long time. At first, he barely left his food bowl—his fear of going hungry again ran too deep.
But after a few weeks, he began to understand: He’s safe here. Here, he’s noticed, fed, and loved.
His heart belongs to people—especially women. As soon as he sees the caregivers, he wants to hug them, almost climbing all over them and showering them with his affection. We’re teaching him that love can also be shown gently—he’s eager to learn, but full of emotion. With men, on the other hand, he’s very reserved; he withdraws and seeks distance. With patience and empathy, even that could change.
He gets along with other dogs, but doesn’t seek their company. He would be ideal as the only dog in an active family that can provide him with exercise and clear
