Ron, a beautiful male Border Collie, was born on June 12, 2023, and stands about 50 cm at the shoulder.

Ron is very friendly toward people and seeks closeness with his caregivers.

Like many Border Collies, he is intelligent, eager to learn, and needs to be challenged both physically and mentally.

Ron lived in a small village in northern Spain. His owner no longer wanted him, so he was surrendered to the shelter. The noise at the shelter frightens him. City noises also make him nervous and insecure; in these situations, he needs the reassuring guidance of his human.

Ron is always friendly toward other dogs, and we think a confident and socially well-adjusted first-time dog owner could help him thrive.

We’re looking for people with dog experience—who are empathetic and patient—and who live in the countryside to adopt Ron.

His new family can look forward to an exciting life together. A Border Collie needs a good balance of activity and rest, so there must be enough time and space for this new family member.

Ron is microchipped, fully vaccinated (rabies and combination vaccine), and neutered.
